What are your drops made from?
Our Lion’s Mane, Reishi and Chaga tinctures are made from the fruiting body of the mushroom. Our Cordyceps is the exception: it’s mycelium. Each is extracted in purified water and food-grade alcohol (under 22%) using ultrasonic-assisted dual extraction. No grains or fillers are added.
Which mushrooms do you sell?
Lion’s Mane (sold as Remembrol), Reishi, Chaga and Cordyceps, each as a 30 ml tincture. Gummies are coming soon.
Why tinctures rather than capsules?
A tincture is a liquid extract. It’s easy to measure by the drop, and you can take it under the tongue or stir it into a drink. Which you prefer is up to you.
Are your products tested?
Yes. Each tincture is tested by an independent lab for heavy metals and microbes. The results are on each product page.
What are your products classed as?
All Dr. Mush Me products are food supplements. They aren’t medicines, and they aren’t a treatment or cure for any illness. If you’re unsure whether to start one, please ask your GP or pharmacist; we can’t give medical advice.
How do I take a mushroom tincture?
Follow the directions on the label. Most of our tinctures are held under the tongue for about 90 seconds and then swallowed, or stirred into tea, coffee or water. Don’t take more than 2 ml of any of them in a day.
Who can take these products?
Adults. They aren’t suitable for children, or for women who are pregnant or breastfeeding. If you take any medication, talk to your GP or pharmacist before you start.
